Human decision authority
Enterprises define objectives, constraints, risk appetite, approval rights, and implementation decisions. Logyc provides analysis and decision support.
Every consequential decision is a hypothesis about how the enterprise and the world around it will respond. Logyc makes the reasoning, evidence, uncertainty, and conditions behind that hypothesis visible, so leadership can review it before commitment and revisit it as reality changes.
Enterprises define objectives, constraints, risk appetite, approval rights, and implementation decisions. Logyc provides analysis and decision support.
Recommendations show the material assumptions, evidence, alternatives, modeled ranges, uncertainty, and the conditions that could change the view.
Enterprise-designated experts review material inputs, assumptions, constraints, and modeled enterprise relationships. The usefulness of the analysis depends in part on the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and interpretation of the information available.
Material assumptions can be examined, challenged, revised, and versioned.
Logyc compares available paths and shows the conditions under which the relative conclusion may change.
Where supported by the product, authorized users can inspect the evidence, source, date, transformation, and model logic behind material outputs.
Outputs identify material uncertainty, missing information, sensitivity, and known limitations.
Financial and operating ranges are modeled estimates based on stated information, assumptions, and scenarios. They are not promises or guarantees.
Logyc does not automatically approve, reject, or execute consequential commitments.
Logyc can monitor defined conditions and alert authorized owners. The organization determines the appropriate response.
Decision records and outcomes are used according to customer permissions, contractual terms, and defined data boundaries.
Logyc does not replace legal, tax, accounting, investment, engineering, safety, regulatory, or other qualified professional review.
Scope of Logyc outputs
Logyc outputs are based on available information, customer-provided information, third-party information, assumptions, models, estimates, and defined scenarios that may be incomplete or change over time. Outputs are analytical decision support and do not guarantee future financial, operational, strategic, or other results. Enterprises retain responsibility for reviewing outputs, obtaining appropriate professional advice, making and approving decisions, and implementing any resulting action.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Logyc does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, engineering, safety, regulatory, or other licensed or regulated professional advice.
If you are an owner, board member, CEO, CFO, or senior executive facing a consequential decision with material economic exposure, CREI can determine whether Decision Infrastructure belongs inside the enterprise.
Logyc is not broadly sold as conventional enterprise software.
